Quality Auditing

Quality auditing is a systematic, independent, and documented process for evaluating and assessing the effectiveness of a quality management system (QMS). It involves examining an organization’s processes, products, or services to ensure they conform to established standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Quality audits can be conducted internally by trained employees (internal audits) or externally by third-party auditors (external audits).
